Do I need to be a RoasProof customer?+
No. Applying creates a standalone, free account with no workspace, no plan and no trial, so you can promote RoasProof without ever paying for it. If you later want to use the product yourself, you can start a trial from that same account.
How are applications reviewed?+
By a human, not automatically. Tell us where and how you plan to promote when you apply. You can follow the status in your account; once you're approved, your referral code and link appear there.
What exactly do I earn?+
10% of every payment we receive from a customer you referred, for as long as their subscription keeps renewing. There is no time limit on commissions and no cap tied to a first year.
What if someone clicks my link but signs up later?+
The referral is stored in a first-party cookie for 90 days, and the code travels on the sign-up link itself as a fallback. If they sign up within those 90 days, the referral is yours.
What gets tracked?+
Clicks on your link, the sign-ups that follow, and every commission, all visible in your account. Attribution is last-click: if a visitor later clicks another affiliate's link, the newer referral wins.
When and how do I get paid?+
Commissions mature 30 days after the payment they were earned on (the refund window). Once your matured balance reaches €50, it pays out via Stripe Connect, to the payout account you connect after approval.
